About me
Hi, my name is Daniel and I'm a chef from New York.
From an early age, thanks to my mom, it was clear that cooking would be something more for me, not just passing fancy.
I grew up in Ukraine but at the age of 15 we moved to the U.S. Since that time I have started my professional way.
And now I work in a restaurant that's among the best
on the Michelin Guide.
For me this store is much more than just a place for buying products. Also, it's a space where I can share with you information, new recipes and flavor combinations. And of course inspire you to explore the world of cooking.
