White onions (100 g)
Fresh garlic (10 g)
White dry wine (200 ml)
Heavy cream (600 g)
Osetra Caviar (100 g)
Smoked Trout Roe (100 g)
Сhop the onion and add it to the pan with the garlic. Stew it all together.
Pour white wine and evaporate it by half, then heavy cream and again evaporate it about 60%.
All ingredients blend together.
