Milk (500 ml)
Water (250 ml)
Flour (300 g)
Sunflower oil (100 g)
Salt (10 g)
Sugar (60 g)
Sunflower oil (for frying) (20 g)
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add milk, water and sunflower oil. Whisk until you get a smooth texture. Eggs are added in the end.
Oil frying pan and heat it. Pour the dough in the middle of the pan and form a circle.
Fry each side on medium heat for about 2-3 min until it turns golden brown.
