White truffle butter
Fresh winter truffle
Cook fettuccine for about 6 minutes in a large pot of boiling salted water.
Before you drain pasta, reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
In a pan put 50 g of white truffle butter for melting. After that we can add pasta, reserved water and parmesan above. Season to taste with pepper and toss it.
When serving, thinly shave the winter truffle on top.
