This rich and flavorful truffle butter by Terroirs d'Antan uses pieces and sprinkles of white winter truffles.
The aromatic mushroom is blended into the butter during preparation to infuse the product. It can be used on its own, with toast and crackers, or incorporated into exquisite dishes containing meat, lobster, pasta, potatoes, and eggs. Add it to hot pan juices for an easy and flavorful sauce.
Best if used right before serving to preserve the full aroma. This is a superb way to introduce truffles to your cooking and your kitchen, before taking the next step to whole truffles.
